(1) A civil servant shall wear his identity card so that everyone can see it while in the office.
(2) Civil servants should wear decent clothes.
(3) If a uniform has been determined for the civil servant of an office, the civil servant employed in such office shall wear such uniform while staying in the office and representing the office.
